General Terms
- Limited Membership is $2.00 per year and is included in the accommodation charges for all adult non-members at time of booking.
- Payment in full must accompany this Reservation Application within 7 days or the reservation will be cancelled.
- Reservations are not transferable without the approval of the Booking Officer.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (parent).
- All children 2 years old and younger stay free. A cot can be supplied, subject to availability.
- Visa and Mastercard transactions attract a 1.75% surcharge.
- Booking Officer may reallocate rooms based upon reservations and their check-in check-out dates.
Payment Policy
When placing an online booking, full payment is required at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
A partial refund ( amount paid less a 20% administration fee) may be given at the discretion of the Booking Officer if the bed is taken by another guest.
Snow Guarantee
We honour the snow guarantee for bookings during the declared snow season. If there are less than 3 lifts running due to no snow then you will be entitled to a full refund. Please note that standby due to wind or weather conditions does not fall under the snow guarantee.
Please consider variable snow levels when making bookings for June and September.
